Sleep
in your own
voice.
For the nights your mind won't switch off: a sleep meditation written for what's actually keeping you up — and spoken in your own voice.
A meditation app for sleep, anxiety and stress. Every session is written the moment you ask for it. No stock sessions.
App Store · Google Play · No account for the first one
Written for tonight
Say what's keeping you up. That becomes tonight's meditation.
One sentence is enough. An AI writes the script for that exact situation, and a synthetic copy of your voice speaks it — a session that exists once, for you.
- Your voice. Recorded once, at the very start. From then on it speaks every session.
- Your situation. The call tomorrow, the argument tonight, the 3 a.m. loop. Each one gets its own script.
- Yours to keep. The ones that worked stay in your library — even if you cancel.
A stranger's voice never quite landing isn't a discipline problem.
Most meditation apps are a catalogue: sessions read by professionals, made for everyone. Sonaya works the other way round — the app is the tool, the voice is yours, and the catalogue is the one you build.
Two kinds of days
A sleep meditation every night. And something for the hard minute.
Same voice, two jobs: the routine for the night, and the moment the day goes sideways.
1:00 a.m. · every night
Sleep meditation for when your head won't switch off
Replaying the day, rehearsing tomorrow. Say what's looping and you get a guided sleep meditation for exactly that, in your voice — your words, tonight's worry, not a generic wind-down. Awake again at four? Same tool, for the way back down.
Tomorrow, 10:00
Meditation for anxiety before something that matters
The presentation, the interview, the conversation you keep putting off. A guided meditation to steady yourself beforehand.
Just now
Stress relief after an argument
When the adrenaline is still up and the next sentence matters.
7:10 a.m.
Morning meditation, before the day gets loud
A short mindfulness meditation in your voice: set the tone yourself instead of catching it from your inbox.
What it takes
Twelve seconds of your voice, once. Everything after that is a sentence.
How it works
Four steps. The first one only once.
01
Record your voice
Six short lines, about twelve seconds. Once — never again.
02
Say what's going on
What's keeping you up, what's ahead, what you need. As short as you like.
03
Sonaya writes it
An AI writes the script for that situation, and a synthetic copy of your voice speaks it.
04
Listen. Keep it.
Play it now, and it stays in your library.
Getting started
Your first meditation is free. Before you even sign up.
Then 7 days to decide
The trial gives you two meditations in your own voice — enough to know whether this is your practice. Cancel any time before it ends.
Prices and terms are shown in the App Store and Google Play before you confirm anything. Whatever you create stays yours, with or without a subscription. English and German — the app follows your phone.
Your voice stays yours
We treat your voice as what it is: biometric data.
- Consent first. Nothing is recorded or used to build your voice until you agree to it, in plain words.
- Stored in the EU. Your recording and your meditations sit on servers in Frankfurt. Who processes what is named in the privacy policy.
- Delete it any time. Withdraw your consent and your recording, the voice model and everything made from it are erased. Deleted, not queued.
- No ads, no data sale, no training. There are no advertising or analytics trackers in the app. Your voice is not sold, and no models are trained on it.
- Made by AI, and labelled as such. Every meditation is written by an AI and spoken by a synthetic copy of your voice. The app says so every time — as the EU AI Act requires.
